This Privacy Policy explains how Anthem Karaoke LLC (“Anthem Karaoke,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and karaoke-rotation software (the “Service”) at anthemsing.com. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Karaoke hosts (KJs): name, email, password, business/venue details, and payment information (processed by our payment provider — we don’t store card numbers).
• Singers: the stage name, mobile phone number, and song selections you enter when you join a karaoke rotation.
• Usage data: basic technical information (device/browser, log data) to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

• To run the live karaoke rotation and show who’s up.
• To send singers text-message notifications about their place in the rotation (e.g. “you’re up next”), when they provide a mobile number and opt in.
• To provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service, and to communicate with account holders about their account.

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile number when joining a rotation, you consent to receive text-message notifications from Anthem Karaoke related to that karaoke event (such as when your song is coming up). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or other personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information is used solely to deliver the rotation notifications you signed up for. No mobile opt-in data is shared with any third party except the messaging carrier needed to deliver the texts.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers who help us run the Service (e.g. our SMS carrier, email provider, hosting, and payment processor), bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
• The karaoke host running the event you joined, who can see the rotation (your stage name and song) to run the show.
• Legal/safety reasons if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Singers can ask us to delete their profile at any time (see Contact).

Your choices

• Texts: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
• Access/deletion: email us to access or delete your information.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
