Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and karaoke-rotation software (the “Service”) provided by Anthem Karaoke LLC (“Anthem Karaoke,” “we,” “us”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

The Service

Anthem Karaoke is software that helps karaoke hosts run their shows — managing the singer rotation, letting singers sign up from their phones, sending rotation notifications, displaying the lineup, and generating promotional graphics.

Accounts & eligibility

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure; you’re responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 to create a host account.

Subscriptions, trials & billing

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through our payment processor. New accounts may include a free trial; unless cancelled, the plan continues at the then-current price when the trial ends.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• One-time purchases (such as a single-night pass) are charged when bought and are non-refundable once used.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including no unlawful, infringing, harassing, or fraudulent activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no sending of unsolicited or non-consented messages.

Singer participation & SMS

Singers join a rotation voluntarily and may provide a mobile number to receive rotation text notifications. By providing a number you consent to those texts; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Your content

You retain rights to content you upload (e.g. logos, photos). You grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to provide the Service. You’re responsible for having the rights to any content and media you use, including songs and karaoke tracks, which are not provided by Anthem Karaoke.

Third-party services

The Service integrates third-party providers (payments, SMS, email, hosting). Their services are subject to their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthem Karaoke will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest version.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
